The hotel was hip new, I liked it, especially the sea view. The room had satellite television, climate control and a personal safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Truly perfect service, as the staff was welcoming. Favourable location, 15 minutes' walk to oceana resort public beach.

this hotel was fabulous base for exploring king abdullah economic city, liked it. booked table at casper& gambini's, it's their onsite restaurant. regards to your receptionist.
The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.
